Outlook archive process

I need to archive an Outlook email items ONLY by Received Date no matte
what (weither or not Modified Date is older then Received Date o
not).
Is it possible to setup Outlook to work that way (registry settings
etc).
Very important for me. My company gets about 100,000 emails per mont
and they should be properly archived. Because I categorize emails an
MOVE them to the different Public Folders Modified Date is an issue fo
me!!!!

To the best of my knowledge, archiving is strictly based on modified date.
