Outlook and Yahoo POP

I've been using Yahoo's POP mail for a long time.

Just recently, my MS Outlook 2003 stopped deleting messages from their
server even though I've still have unchecked "leave on server".

Any of you guys seen this before and how can I fix it?

Each time I check email it sends me duplicate email I've already downloaded.

Something is causing Outlook not to properly delete them - I would log on to
theweb interface and delete everything after outlook downloads - if a bad
message is the cause, this will take care of it.
