outlook and vCalendar file

I know how to create a vCalendar file but I don't how to make it "Show as
"OutofOffice" option....always show as "busy" after I import into Outlook
2003.

Please advice. Thanks
 
I'm not sure but I don't think iCal/vCal files support more than Free or
Busy. I just checked RFC2445 and there are only two states for time in it
(TRANSP for free or transparent & OPAQUE for busy or opaque)
