After using Outlook and Hotmail together for years, they finally tell me that
I have to upgrade to Premium Hotmail to continue using the two together. I
did so, and I still can't use my hotmail with the Outlook. I tried to get
support for the problem, but when I entered my product ID, they explained
that my Outlook 2003 was a teacher/student editon and thus it wasn't
supported. I'm assuming that this is why it won't support hotmail, but this
was never explained to me either when I purchased the teacher/student
edition, nor when upgraded to the premium hotmail. Any suggestions for
fixing the problem, or getting my $20 back from Microsoft?
