Outlook and Outlook Express will not remember passwords

I reloaded my computer and loaded sp2 on my machine and
everything seems to be fine except, both outlook and
outlook express are prompting me to enter my passwords
everytime I start those programs. Any advice? I can put
them in and check remember password but if I close the
program(s) and restart them they ask me for my password
again.
