Outlook and Office 2007 slow

Office 2003 worked finei for me but 2007 and especially Outlook is very slow
- quite a delay in messges being read when highlighted, but no delay in
sending. All of Office is slow in fact. I have 1.5 G of RAM - do I need more
or am I missing something. I also operate on an Exchange servber for Putlook
but that did not slow down 2003. THanks. Neil Salkind
 
Is Exchange installed on the same computer with outlook?

Are you using BCM?

No - I access a thrid party exchange host.
