I have a need to send E-Mails with attachments to a variety of addresses

I have a list of the appropriate addresses in contacts and
a Folder with a number .pdf files where each file is peculiar
to a particular addressee.

With the assumption that the addresses are of the usual form
<addressee>@<isp address>

and the file names can be created in whatever form is best suited (eg
<addressee>.pdf)

can one write a Macro to automatically send all and if so where should I
look to get help.

It appears from the Help in Outlook that macros are supported but very
little detail appears.

The context of this request is that my firm creates customer accounts weekly
and about 60 or so
want the account e-Mailed in .pdf format. Our accounting package will create
the .pdf files which are
stored in a special folder and then it is necessary for someone to sent them
out one at a time by
generating a message(which is standard) and attaching the .pdf file
appropriate to that particular
customer. It is somewhat time consuming - would appreciate some help.

Thanks
Don

Thank you Diane. - This seems to be exactly what I wanted
