Outlook and Lotus Notes

I have a customer with Outlook 2003. He is sending messages to a company
that uses Lotus Notes. When the Lotus user replies, the reply message does
not display in the Outlook 2003 inbox - the message returns the same as it
was sent, even though the Lotus user did reply.

Has anyone figured out how to resolve this problem? I have the same
situation - but sometimes I can see the reply and other times I cannot. Is
there a setting in Outlook that I can change? It would certainly be easier
for me to make a change rather than asking all of my customers to make a
change on their end.

Messages must be sent with plain text - not HTML or Rich Text. Under mail
format under tools.

Thanks. This sounds like a fix for sending email from Outlook to Lotus
Notes. What about people sending emails from Lotus Notes to Outlook?
