Outlook and Internet Keyboard

I have an odd situation occuring with Outlook 2002. If I
click on the Outlook icon on the desktop it starts and
performs perfectly.

However, if I use the mail button on the Microsoft
Internet Keyboard I have it sits there with the hourglass
spinning and never starts. I have confirmed the buttoned
is configured to start Outlook and I have even edited and
entered the Outlook path manually, still no joy.

Has anyone got an idea what the issue might be?

Have you tried updating the driver already? Also, does this button still not
work when you configure it to run another program then Outlook 2002?
