hello there
I there a way to manage profile first time configuration through group
policy?
Example: the user logs on for the first time, and the outlook is configured
automatically for him, exchange server and locations and everything without
his interaction.
Is this possible?

Roaming profiles would be a very good thing to implement. You can keep them
small by redirecting My Documents to the users' home directories, and
instructing users not to keep anything on the desktop.

Are you using roaming Windows profiles?
Might want to see some mail profile generation tools here:

we have some problems with using roaming profiles in our environment, plus
still users need to configure their mail for the first time, which is a big
burden on the helpdesk guys.
