Hello,

I'm missing something, probably simple, but for some odd reason, Outlook is
prompting me for my passwords when I first check for email and then again
when I send email.

I have Remember password checked under Logon Information and Log on using
(under Outgoing Server). But for whatever reason, when I exit, those
passwords are cleared.

Is there something else I need to do to keep the passwords stoered? I just
don't recall having this issue before (with other PCs I've had).

thanks,
CB

CB,
If you are using Outlook2000 on a Vista PC, this is a known problem. You
will need to upgrade to Outlook 2003/2007. You will need to first uninstall
Outlook2000, before installing a newer version.

Bummer, not really looking to drop more money on s/w but at least I know
what's going on.

Thanks,
