Outlook adds line breaks

O

olyinaz

I use Outlook 2003 SP2 and Word 2003 as my email editor. When I
compose an HTML email it formats fine, looks fine and previews fine on
my machine. Also in the Sent Items folder after sending. However, to
recipients (including myself) the emails almost always appear to have
double spacing between paragraphs added.

I've looked everywhere and tried everything to make it stop (including
a complete re-install of Windows and Office 2003) - no luck. Anyone
know how to fix this?

Thanks,
olyinaz

Do not use hard returns at the end of sentences and allow word wrapping to
take care of it, or else use soft returns.
