Hi sam woo,
Open Outlook
2. TOOLS | OPTIONS | EMAIL OPTIONS | ADVANCED EMAIL OPTIONS
3. Check if the "Suggest Names while completing To, Cc and Bcc fields" is
activatet.

Another question is --> in the inbox, with the autopreview on, after I have
read the message, how to configure it to close automatically?

Thanks again.

MMMHHH,

take a look on www.outlookcode.com

Autopreview will show you the first few lines of the message in the Inbox
list. Is this what you're talking about or are you talking about the
preview pane?

This is what I am talking about, please render your helping
hand...thanks.

I'm as a loss, then, as to what you want, because autopreview is either on
or off for all messages at the same time. It doesn't appear and go away.

Hi Brian,

Let me rephrase it, the inbox of my email messages have the autopreview on
all the times, after I read (with double click and close), it will close the
autopreview and left with the subject only. This is what I mean.

Thanks again.

That doesn't happen on any machine with which I can test. I enable
autopreview and it stays on. I can open and close messages all day long and
autopreview stays on.
