Hi

I'm new to this group so excuse me if this is a rather obvious question.

Is there any way to stop Outlook adding the country when setting up a new
address. It seems a bit over the top to keep having "United Kingdom" in the
address.

No. It is added automatically based on your location setting. Instead, just
control how the address is inserted. You can configure insertion so that the
country is not displayed. To learn about ways to control how an Address is
