Outlook Address Book won't show

All the other Outlook newsgroups are not available and
it's urgent so I'm posting this here. We're on Windows
2000, Office 2000. I deleted a user's outlook profile and
recreated it but his address book didn't recreate. I have
added it now under Services however, when I right click on
the Contacts folder and go to properties, the box I need
to check "show this folder as an email address book" is
greyed out. Any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks,

Sounds like yoiu need to add the Outlook Address Book service to the profile.
