My current Address Book associated with Microsoft Outlook
is sorting all entries by First Name and then Last Name.
This makes it somewhat difficult in finding the
individual that a intend to sent a e-mail to since I have
to look up that individual by First Name/Last Name.

Is there a way to establish the sorting in the Address
Book by Last Name/First Name?? I have exhausted all my
talents to achieve this without success. It may be an
impossibility to establish the sort in the Address Book

Thanks for your assistance.

What version of Outlook?

Hi,
I had the same problem a couple of days ago which was sorted quickly by
"lanwench" from the group.
Try

Tools - e-mail accounts - view/change address books. Properties of Outlook
Address Book service: choose "file as" rather than "first last" which is the
default.

It worked for me!

go to >tools> services> outlook address book> >properties>
make sure your name is in the display box
