Outlook Address Book not linked to Windows Address Book

I recently exceeded the file size limit of 2GB in my Outlook.pst. I
have since repaired and fixed that problem, however a couple of
problems have occurred. When I open up a Contact Folder, I see my
contacts, and with the view I see their email address. However, when I
open up each contact, there is no email listed. Telling me that the
location that holds the email address (windows address book) is not
linking to Outlook Address Book.

2) In my Outlook Calendar, I can add new appointments, but they do not
show after saving the appointment.

1) Did you check under all email addresses, not just the first one?

Please provide the exact text of the error message you're seeing, as well as
your Outlook version.

2) Filter on the view? Did you try another view?
