What is an incoming address book?
Since Outlook has no address book, it's hard to imagine just what you might
mean.

Outlook 2003 does still support "Personal Address Book
The first thing (obviously?) you need to do is "Save As" the incomin
file
Then you can Add a service called Personal Address Book and point i
to the file you saved
Another alternative is that you can Import the Outlook address boo
incoming into your Contacts file. My understanding is that Contact
now is designed to incorporate all that formerly was provided in tw
different constructs: Personal Address Book and Outlook Contact
folder
I have been using Outlook from 97, 98, 2000, 2002 and now 200

Since the Outlook Address Book Service replaced the functions of the PAB
6 years ago, it is unlikely the user was using a PAB.
You cannot "Import the Outlook Address Book" since it is only a virtual
address book that contains no data.
Rather one must copy and open the Outlook Data File (PST file) to
transfer Contacts data. Importing that data is never wise.
