Outlook Address Book: Lost it, how do I reinstall it from bakup?

Somehow in replacing memory, my outlook 2007 no longer brings up my address
book. I have bakups of it in a separate bakup disk as well as on drive C.
[myaddress book.url] [c:\program files\support.com\my] But how do I access
those bakups so that the address book appears in Outlook? Thanks

Replacing memory does nothing to your software or data files, unless you
were so heavy handed as to damage your hardware

All outlook data is contained in a single file, are all your msgs there? and
are your Contacts still available?
