We currently have our client list setup as a public folder. I am trying to
figure out how to make it a global address book. I want to be able to have
our staff use this address book to fax from our applications such as Word,
Excel. I think our problem is that we have the client list setup as a public
folder. Any ideas?

Public Folders cannot be set as a Global Address List as a GAL are mail
enabled Active Directory objects.

They can however add it to their Address Book by first right clicking the
Contacts folders in the Public Folder list and choose Add to Public Folder
Favorites. Then in the Public Folder Favorites folder they can right click
it and choose Properties. On the Outlook Address Book tab select the option
to show it as e-mail Address Book.
