I have a user that is using outlook 2003 email, we have secure network
whereby we use wyse terminals, when this user logs into the server that has
mappoint installed it he does not get this warning when he opens up outlook
mpoai13.dll is a invalid add-on but when he logins into the other 2
designated servers that he is allowed to use this warning comes up when he
opens outlook mpoai13.dll is an invalid add-on what is this he is not using
mappoint this dll is a mapoint dll but why when the user opens outlook this
comes up ??

And the other servers don't have MapPoint installed? Than it is normal; his
Outlook configuration holds a reference to the add-in and since MapPoint is
not installed he gets the warning. If the user doesn't use the Outlook
MapPoint add-in disable it for this user or uninstall it for everyone.
