Outlook -adding color to outlook

I would like to suggest that you add color and sound to outlook in the
following areas:

E-mail: Allow people to have the envelopes that come in to be color coded.
Also, could you add a feature so your e-mail will be sent with sound?

Contacts: Allow people to have their contacts color-coded.

Color-coding is already available through the automatic formatting feature of
folder views.
