Can anybody tell how to solve this ..

I am creating outlook addin for encrypting my new mails and decrypting received mails.

Once i encrypt any mail and click " send" , handler to my previous commandbar gets removed. Can anybody help me why this is happening. How will i add the handler again? where should i code to add the handler again? since on send no event is getting fired i.e neither closeinspecter event which i wrote is getting fired ..

please help me ..
