Outlook-Act-Quickbooks

Hi,
I just started to do some database work for a 5
computer 8 person company. The owner uses Outlook and the
staff uses Outlook Express. They are capturing contact
information in multiple places: ACT!, Outlook, Outlook
Express, Quickbooks, Website (Access). They do not use
ACT! as anything but a name storer, and they only use
Quickbooks as a register (I know...). Anyway they would
like to have their clients update their profiles online
and keep the rest in Outlook because they also want to
share a calendar, etc.
What is the best way to make this happen. I have
looked at some converter programs but haven't any
experience with them. Any suggestions on how to get this
all streamlined?

Thanks,
Bandit
