outlook & access 2003

i run ms access 2003 would like to know i have a couple hundred address in
outlook is there an easy way
to import to access without having to add it manually any info will be
greatly appriciated alex
 
File - Get External Data - Import
When the dialog open change the File Type to outlook, then simply follow the
instruction provided on the screen
