Outlook : 2nd icon when meeting request response has body text

As a meeting organizer I send out a meeting request. When meeting accepts
come thru' I generally delete without opening (and many colleagues do the
same). It would be great if there was a different icon used for the Inbox
item to show that there was body text included.

Why not set the planning options to automatically accept (except for
recurring or conflcting meetings) and skip the requirement to delete
messages?

Thanks Milly. I didn't explain myself well - the problem is not the act of
deleting - it is the fact that I don't see if there is actual a response
included in the acceptance from the user. I don't use Preview Pane :).
