Outlook 2k3, COMM add in problem

One of our Outlook plugins to our CRM application has crashed and now Outlook
has dissabled it when I goto COMM Addins I see the addin that I want but when
I enable it, it gets unchecked again

I've reinstalled the Outlook plugin utility but it doesnt work still
how can I enable that commIN again thanks.

Help, About Microsoft Office Outlook, Disabled Items button. Highlight it,
click Enable, exit and restart Outlook.
