Outlook 2K Hangs when closing

Starting yesterday all my users are having the same
problem. When they exit Outlook 2000 the dialog comes up
saying Please Wait while Outlook closes and it never goes
away. You have to end task it to close it.

Hi.. just wondering if you found a solution to this problem..
I'm having the same problem..
