Outlook 2007

When using Outlook 2007 it is not bringing in all email. Windows mail is
needed to retrive that which Outlook does not receive. Outlook is used first
to look for new mail.

Any Ideas??
Thank You

If you open your ISP's web page and click on the "mail" option to open your
ISP web based mail (from which Outlook downloads mail), do you see your
messages?
