outlook 2007

Hi

I have just upgrade client to 2007 and when i try to setup user's outlook
profiles im getting the following error "Exchange server is unavailable,
please make sure your exchange server is connected or online" I have pinged
the server and it replies with no hesitations. I tried reinstallation, repair
but still this error comes up.

Do any users work? Is this limited to a single machine? Can you log into OWA?

yes almost everyone can work except this one user. She can connect to OWA and
she's able to send from owa.

Ok, then the first big test is:
a) Try a different user on this machine.
b) Try this user on a different machine.

Try and narrow it down. This will tell us if its something to do with the
user's permissions (ie, they can't work on any machine), the machine's connection
to the domain (ie, no users work on this machine), or the user's profile
in Windows (ie, they work on other machines, other users work on this machine).

It could still be other things, of course, something screwy in OL install,
but this is the way to start.
