error message says outtlook personal folder not closed corectly. Outlook will
not load. how do we get it back?

Use Task Manager to make sure all processes named OUTLOOK.EXE are stopped.
Then try again. You may also need to use SCANPST.EXE (the Inbox Repair Tool)
to fix any errors in the PST. That application is in %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft
Office\Office12. You should also read this:
