I cannot open my Outlook...I keep getting this message: Windows host process
(Rundll32) has stopped working

Can you open Outlook in safe mode?

Start > Run > outlook.exe /safe

No it says windows can not find outlook.exe/safe. I have also uninstalled &
then re-installed all my microsoft office products and I keep getting the
same message.

You've typed it wrong - put a space between exe and /safe like this:
outlook.exe /safe

I now tried it with the space after .exe and now I'm back to the original
message...Microsoft Office has Stopped working
