Outlook 2007

I am running Vista Home Premium SP1 and Microsoft Office 2007. I have set my
PC that first the inbox of Outlook is loaded. The full page of the inbox is
loaded within 3 sec after start up but it takes the Microsoft Internet
Explorer 70 sec to get connected. How can I adjust Outlook 2007 that
Microsoft Internet Explorer starts up at the same time as the inbox of
Outlook?
