I am recieving an error message that reads:

Cannot satart Microsft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The
set of folders cannot be opened. Errors have been detected in the file.
C:\Users\Kim\appData\Local\Microsft\Outlook\Outlook.pst. Quit Outlook and
all mail-enabled applications, and then use the Inbox repair tool
(Scanpst.exe) to diagnose and repair errors in the file. For more informatio
about the Inbox repair, see Help.

I am unable to locate the Inbox repair tool.
The OST Integrity Check tool states Office synchronization is not supported
for you mailbox.
I've run every diagnosic scan I can think of and nothing has worked.
Please Help.

%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office12\scanpst.exe is the Inboc Repair
Tool.

Are you using a PST or an Exchange mailbox for your delivery location? What
happened on your PC between the time Outlook last worked and the point you
describe above? Did you install anything?
