Outlook 2007

Why can't I enter Outlook 2007 BCM. I think I finally got all of 2003 BCM out
of the system but each time I run the install it tells me that it failed to
install. I am also having problems with Accounting express 2007. It tells me
that it didn't register right and I cannot update it to professional. Can
someone help me please.
 
Hi could you let us know exactly when does the wizard fail? Could you please
provide us with logs from your C:\DOCUMENT AND SETTINGS\"user"\LOCAL
settings\Temp\ folder , files would start with MBSsetup *.
