OUTLOOK 2007 WITH BCM

I downloaded this yesterday, and I have been trying to load it and load it no
success. I do not have Office 2003, is that a problem, can someone help
PLEASE?
 
Is the exe-files placed on your local machine or on a network drive?
I have had troubles installing the Office 2007 Beta 2 from network drives.
But no problem as long as they are held locally!
 
For security reasons, most managed applications, like BCM, will not
have access to some machine resources if they are not present on a
local drive. You don't want someone else on the network changing a file
that runs on your machine.
