outlook 2007 will not start

i HAVE UPGRADED FROM OUTLOOK 2003 TO 2007 AND IT WONT START.
IT IS ASKING FOR A SEND RECEIVE DATA FILE WHICH IS NOT WHERE IT SAYS IT IS.

And your caps lock is stuck.
Use the mail applet in the control panel to configure a new profile, add a
data file, or browse to your old, add the mail accounts, set this profile as
default
