Outlook 2007 will not open on new Vista Ultimate PC

Just installed Office 2007 onto a new PC running Vista Ultimate and when I
try to open Outlook, I get "Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot
open the Outlook window", rest of office apps working ok.
 
Did you ever get it to work already on that machine or do you get this error
from the start?

Start Outlook with the resetnavpane switch;
Start-> type; outlook.exe /resetnavpane
(note the space in the command)
