Outlook 2007 where to set up "reply to" Address

Hi, we are using Outlook 2007 and are having a hard time to find out
where to set up a "reply to" address. Is this not possible anymore?
Where do I find it?

Same as it has been for some time - Tools-Account Settings - highlight the
account - change-more settings......
 
Sorry, there is nothing like that to configure there, we're connected
to an Exchange Server, does this make any difference?
