Outlook 2007, Vista, PPC 2003 sync

I have a PocketPC 2003 phone that I need to Sync with Outlook 2007 on
Vista... all release builds. I get a message that Outlook is NOT installed
when I put the phone on the cradle.

How can I get this to work?

What version of activesync is installed? Have you tried a soft reset and then sync?

There is no more ActiveSync with Vista... it is the Mobile Tools stuff built
into Vista... I have no control over it. I have soft reset many times.

Oops - missed that Vista reference (one reason I will NOT be updating, among many others). Did you check to see if Vista supports synching with Pocket PC 2003? It may only support synching with Windows Mobile 2003 and WM5.
