Outlook 2007 unwanted shuts down

MY Outlook 2007 has, over the past few weeks, started to misbehave: it shuts
down every time I minimise the Outlook window... I have no idea what causes
this to happen nor how to fix it. Any help most welcome.

Likely not. Right-click the Outlook icon in the System tray and uncheck
Hide When Minimized.
 
Dear Brian,
Many thanks! I feel rather daft now as it was such a simple fix! I assumed
something had gone badly wrong with my Outlook as I never actually went to
change this setting! I won't try and find out how this got change...only too
glad I can understand what the matter was!
