Outlook 2007 shuts down

My Outlook 2007 shuts down 1-5 minutes after I open it (every time); I get an
error report window every time and it restarts by itself every time.
I'd appreciate any help with this.

Did it ever work?
You've run Office Diagnostics, using the Office dvd/cd?
Is there any msg when it restarts?

Does it start and stay open if you start it in Safe mode?

start->run->outlook.exe /safe

If yes, then disable all addins, close Outlook and start normally and
re-enable your addins one by one, stopping and starting Outlook each time.

When Outlook hurls, you know which one of your addins is causing the
problem. Either disable it permanently or see if the vendor has an update
or patch.
