Outlook 2007 Templates

I've downloaded the Business Newsletter template, modified it, saved it as a
personal template etc.

How on earth do I actually use Templates within Oulook 2007? It's not like
word where I click on new and then apply the template and there's nothing in
the help files that even mentions them correctly.

Please help, I've spent hours getting angry.

What types of template are there now? I thought 'Templates' were just
templates in they are in Word.

It's an Outlook .oft file template. Double-click it to create a new message from it.
