Outlook 2007 stopped working

I have error 80040600 on all three of my e-mail accounts. Also I have a
message that my PST file is corrupt. I have treid using Sanpst.exe but this
dosn't help at all.

I'm using Vist business and Office 2007. Any help would be appreciated!

Define "doesn't help at all". Does the SCANPST run to completion without any
errors? If it does producte an error, what does it say? What type(s) of
accounts?
