Outlook 2007 - Sticky Messages

Often times when I am moving or deleting my mail, I will highlight one
message, but instead of just that message, I will drag or delete the
adjacent email also. Often times I have to retreive "deleted" messages that
"stuck" to the adjacent message.
 
Same problem here, primarily because on my XP Pro computer with Outlook
2003, my 12 year old MSN mail was pop3, now on Vista with Outlook 2007 and
hotmail only option I am constantly moving sacred stuff from the deleted
folder.
