Outlook 2007 "send to"

Hello,
using the "send to" function the editing window doesn't close anymore after
clicking on the "send" button. The window has to be closed manually and
trough it the desktop is visible (it is transparent). This occurs only when
Outlook runs, otherwise the window closes as it should. The os is XPP. os and
Office are fully up to date. Has anyone an idea?
