OUTLOOK 2007 - SECURITY NOTICE RE APPLICATIOIN ADD-IN

Whenever Outlook 2007 is opened a dialog box appears with the following
Security Notice: "Microsoft Office has identified a potential security
concern. C:\PROGRA~1\MI1933~1\Office12|OSMAIN.DLL This application add-in
has been disabled. Add-ins might contain viruses ro other security hazards."
When I check, the publisher is listed as Microsoft Corporation. Is this a
true MS add-in? If so, what is it?
