Side Comment: This Microsoft Corporation suck!

I've posed a question to Microsoft and instead they've provided me several
options to find my answer. Wouldn't it be simpler to just get me some help!
It's too bad that we are all very reliant on this system which is
unfortunately, the best one to have. Just the customer service sucks.

Anyway, here is my question. Whenever I open my Outlook, I get this warning:

MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK SECURITY NOTICE

C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~2\OFFICE12\OMSMAIN.DLL

THIS APPLICATION ADD-IN HAS BEEN DISABLED. ADD-INS MIGHT CONTAIN VIRUSES OR
OTHER SECURITY HAZARDS.

Then, since I don't have a clue what this means, I just merely choose:
DISABLE APPLICATION ADD-IN.

What I'd like to know is what is it and is it really safe or not?

Please help me, if you can, I'm feeling down and I do appreciate that you're
around.

Assuming you're using Outlook 03, go to Tools/Options/Other tab/Advanced
Options button and then the ADD-INS button. Report back what is there.
If you're not using Outlook 03, which version are you using?

This addin should be safe to use as long as it hasn't been altered by
something else. The addin is from the Outlook Mobile Service. If you do not
use this service, you can leave it disabled. You can do an Office Diagnostic
to verify if the addin is still the original via Help-> Office
Diagnostics...

BTW: The way to contact Microsoft Support is by calling them. This is an
end-user newsgroup. Microsoft offers this option to you as many issues have
been discussed here already or there are other end-users out there willing
to help you out for free. This self-help offering from Microsoft helps you
to save a few bucks by not needing to contact their paid support service.
