Outlook 2007- Saving Email

Hi,
In Outlook 2003 I could save emails as HTML files. In Outlook 2007 whenever
I try to save an email, a folder also appears containing image files etc.
This is quite annoying, especially since it never used to happen and I couls
still view the pictures in email.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for the tip.
P.S. The .mht file will only open in MS Word, not IE 7.
 
If you trigger the menus in IE7 (press ALT) and go into file, open, can
you open the mht file then?
