Outlook 2007 - Save As RTF

I have a number of students ask me how to Open an email message and
then Save As using the Rich Text Format. In Outlook 2003, it was quite
simple to open a message, go to Save As and then use the Save As Type
option of Rich Text Format.

That does not seem to be an option in Outlook 2007.

Any suggestions?

In both versions, that's an option only for items that are in rich-text format.
